Terms of Use (EULA) — Work & Travel Community

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Work & Travel Community application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. User Accounts & Content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Premium)

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium"):

• Title: Work & Travel Premium — Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual plans.
• Length: 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months depending on the plan selected at purchase.
• Price: Displayed in-app at the time of purchase, in your local currency. Pricing may vary by region.
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple per the Apple Media Services Terms. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or modify the App; (b) use the App to send spam or unlawful messages; (c) impersonate other users or misrepresent affiliation; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or backend systems.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, Apple Sign In, and Google Sign In. Their respective privacy and terms apply.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that jobs, accommodations, or company listings are accurate, current, or complete. Users are responsible for independently verifying all information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
